Need a quick tune-up? A 30-minute Reiki-Chakra balancing will do wonders.  Reiki & guided meditation will be used to balance your chakras.  

When our chakras are blocked, illnesses are more likely to occur. If we work on our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health, energy will flow smoothly through the chakras and result in overall better health.

1-hour private Sound meditation session.  Will include chakra balancing, guided meditation, and a custom sound journey.  Clients state they feel relaxed, at peace, balanced and centered after the session.  Testimonials.

1.5 hours of Reiki & Sound.  Just like our 1-hour session, you'll receive chakra balancing, a sound meditation journey, and Holy Fire Reiki.  With this option, you'll receive 30 minutes of Reiki in addition to sound meditation and chakra balancing. 2 hours of Reiki & Sound.  Just like the 1.5-hour session, you'll receive chakra balancing, Holy Fire Reiki & a sound meditation journey.  However, the additional 30 minutes will allow us to go deeper and provide extra time to debrief.  You'll also receive additional reiki and sound healing.    I recommend this longer session for clients that are looking to dive deeper, are feeling stuck, or going through some major life challenges.  Testimonials. *Travel available

Distance reiki is available for those that can't meet in person.  You need a quiet & comfortable space.

How does it work? Think of a cell phone. It’s not necessary to be in physical proximity to a caller to talk on a cell phone, as cell phones use electromagnetic radio waves to connect. Similarly, Reiki recipients do not need to be in physical proximity to receive Reiki.  I follow Reiki protocols and it works. Option of facetime or zoom to provide a deeper connection for the Reiki to be received.
