"I was going through a really heavy dark time in my life that I couldn’t seem to see the light and the beautiful Ann Marie offered her gift to elevate some of my pain and sadness through a Reiki session. The session started with her asking me several questions and I felt so comfortable in her presence that I was able to just pour my heart to her comfortably and with confidence. She then educated me on the flow of the process and we got to work. While I was in the session there were several times when my body was covered in tingles, especially in my feet where I felt energy leaving my body and immediately felt Lighter. Ann!  Whatever you did yesterday... WOW!!! I've never been tuned during a reiki session. All my body wanted to do was sleep! I have been in flight or fight mode for a hot minute...
